Learning a creator's routine does not automatically mean that we give that creator your identity or contact details.

We may provide creators with aggregated or limited information about engagement with their content, such as numbers of learners or lesson completions.

If we intend to share identifiable information with a creator, we will provide additional information and ensure that we have an appropriate legal basis.

8. International transfers

Mave is operated from the United Kingdom.

Some of our technology providers may process personal information in other countries, including countries outside the UK or European Economic Area.

Where required, we use recognised safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, approved contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

  • marketing preferences may be retained so that we can respect unsubscribe requests.

Deleted information may remain temporarily in secure backups before being overwritten through our normal backup process.

Mave is intended for users aged 16 and over.
